Abstract
ITPFIOX is a TPNS message generation and network control exit which allows
file I/O to be performed at the TPNS scripting level.

Sequential files may be read from or written to using the exit. This support
may be useful when terminal simulation specific data is maintained in a
data set for access at run time or when run time specific information needs
to be written to a data set.

Prerequisites
The ITPFIOX job requires TPNS V3R5 or V3R5 Service Level 9711.
Installation Instructions
The link for the ITPFIOX Job downloads the itpfiox.bin file. This file has the JCL to link the user exit into TPNS. After downloading, upload it to your MVS host system in binary to a fixed 80 byte length data set to ensure all EBCDIC characters are preserved. Modify the indicated parameters in the Job to match your TPNS installed system, then submit the job.
