  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users receiving QMF message MSGDSQ17438 *
  *                      'Application raised error:' do not see  *
  *                      the SQLSTATE information contained      *
  *                      within the QMF extended message help    *
  *                      when PF1 HELP is pressed.               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  If a user runs a query that causes an SQLCODE -438 in QMF, QMF
  will issue the message DSQ17438.  Diagnosis by the user of the
  DSQ17438 message might require knowledge of the SQLSTATE
  information that was not part of the DSQ17438 message text. For
  example, a user runs the following query from the QMF SQL query
  panel:"SELECT CAST(RAISE_ERROR('XXXXX', '12345678901234567890')
  AS CHAR(1))FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1". The user will see Query
  message: 'Application raised error: 12345678901234567890' and
  press PF1 Help to see more information.  The user would expect
  to see the SQLSTATE information contained on the PF1 Help
  extended help, but the SQLSTATE information is missing.

• The extended or long portion of the DSQ17438 message (the part
  of the message that is seen when a user presses PF1 Help after
  the error occurs) has been corrected to contain the SQLSTATE
  information.
