Error description

• The DB2 Administration tool DROP UC line command issued on panel
  ADB21TN fails RC=16 and issues Zerrmsg ISPP178 and Zerrlm
  Conversion or truncation problem found while attempting to
  store variable 'NAME'.

Problem conclusion

• The panel variable,  "NAME",  which  in  some circumstances, may
  contain the name  of the database  (maximum length  of  eight in
  DB2 Version 7  and below), while in other scenarios, may contain
  the name of a  table, whose maximum length is greater than eight
  Navigating to a  constraint by starting with Admin's "D" or "DS"
  object  options,  causes  panel  ADB21TN  to  attempt to set the
  "NAME" variable  with a database name  (length eight) to a table
  name, possibly with a length greater than eight.

  Panel ADB21TAN  ("Alter Table Constraint") is changed to use the
  "TBNAME" rather than the "NAME" variable for the table name, and
  and the two panels  (ADB21TN and ADB21TA) which invoke ADB21TAN,
  are changed accordingly.
