• HPFP Reorg have been enhanced to support site default options
  and introduce new parameters (SITE_CREATE and SITE_REPORT) for
  a SCAN keyword and new keywords (SITE_DSNAME and SITE_MEMBER).
  
  SITE_DSNAME and SITE_MEMBER keywords in GLOBAL command are
  specified to use a site default table.
  SITE_CREATE is specified to be the operand of a SCAN keyword
  to create a site default table. The data set for a site default
  table must be allocated with
  DCB=(RECFM=FB,LRECL=4096,BLKSIZE=4096) and PDS.
