  DB2 HPU for Z/OS can be added to the DB2 Administration Tool for
  
  Z/os by executing the HPU clist INZDB21X, per Chapter 2,
  Configuring DB2 HPU, under the topic "STEP 7: Integrating HPU
  into DB2 Admin Tool" of the HPU User's Guide. If the steps as
  described in the HPU manual are followed HPU is added
  successfully to the Admin Tool and can be started from it.
  However, If EDIT is added after HPU, then the HPU start command
  is dropped. This apar will address the steps to add HPU to
  Admin so that it will not be dropped if any other command or
  Tool is subsequently added. PB 7560

  - Module Inzquery was changed to use the PARTITION keyword in
   the lock table statement only with DB2 V8 NFM.
  - Module Inzrun was changed to take in to account the LOCKPART
   column of the SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACE when running in V8 CM or
   V8 ENFM.
  1- Module  oalloc was changed to process correctly the return
   codes issued by function oallocAllocateFile. An error message
   INZI143E is issued when the SYSIN allocation fails.
  2- Member  INZDB2SK of the SINZSAMP was changed to be consistent
   with the way that other tools modify the DB2 ADMIN command
   tables.
