XHR requests from CI mapping rules to validate SMS OTP assumes /mga junction

Troubleshooting

Problem

An assumption is made by AAC that the runtime profile will reside on the /mga junction of the WebSEAL server. This is the name which is used in the AAC configuration utility. However, if a customer decides to manually configure WebSEAL to talk to AAC they could use a totally different junction name and this breaks certain AAC functionality.
