Configure RDP Launcher domain for Windows Account template

Question & Answer

Question

The Remote Desktop Launcher is failing to log into machines that are configured to have a default domain (other than the local machine name). To determine whether a default domain name is configured, check one of the following: · Registry Setting - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\DefaultDomainName · Group Policy (Windows 2008 and higher) - "Assign a default domain for logon" under Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon
