• A requirement to generate a CREATE STOGROUP for the default
  storage group when a CREATE DATABASE is being generated.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users  of DB2 Administration Tool,  who use  *
  *                 the  ADB2GEN program to generate DDL and/or  *
  *                 catalog records for databases, are affected  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ADBGEN  currently does not  produce DDL *
  *                      and/or catalog records for  the default *
  *                      storage  group  whenever a  database is *
  *                      generated,  and  the  GEN   of  storage *
  *                      groups is requested.                    *

  *                      1. The storage group is not produced if *
  *                         it is the SYSDEFLT storage group.    *
  *                         ( This is true without the  proposed *
