Error description

• This APAR addresses the following problems:
  Treat RC=4 from HPIC (warning or pointer check error) as an
    error.
  Fixed corrupted HALDB created with split segments and COMPRTN.
  Fixed U999 during create of primary index shadow abend if
    orphaned split segment data.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to correct the above
  mentioned problems.
