Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to invoke cogtr, it fails with an error
Symptom
./cogtr <with various command line options>
Could not load program ./cogtr:
Could not load module /transformer_path/bin/libCCLCore.so.
Dependent module /transformer_path/cgi-bin/libicui18ncognos.a(libicui18ncognos.so) could not be loaded.
The module has an invalid magic number.
Could not load module cogtr.
