Error description

• In JDK 1.4 environment, running compiled Java program in JDK 1.4
  will produce following messages if SYS1.SCEERUN2 is not program
  controlled:
  EDC5157I An internal error has occurred, errno 157 errno2
  151782063
  ICH420I PROGRAM CELHV003 FROM LIBRARY SYS1.SCEERUN2 CAUSED THE
  ENVIRONMENT TO BECOME UNCONTROLLED.
  BPXP014I ENVIRONMENT MUST BE CONTROLLED FOR DAEMON (BPX.DAEMON)
  PROCESSING.
  

Local fix

• The reported problem is not seen in Java 1.3 SDK because JDK 1.3
  is non-XPLINK, whereas the 1.4 SDK is XPLINK which need to
  access the XPLINK-specific code in SCEERUN2.
  To get around this problem, users will need to have SCEERUN2
  APF-authorized via their Security product (RACF or other).
