Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to browse to an image folder within the Image Picker in Cognos, error below is seen "There were no images or folders returned for this request. This might be because WebDav is not enabled for this location." WebDav is set up correctly for Apache HTTP Server/IBM HTTP Server
