How do I update my contact information?

Answer

To update your name, phone number, email, address, and work information follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to the IBM Support Community.   https://www.ibm.com/mysupport.
  2. Click your Avatar at the top-right corner

  3. Sign in to your account
  4. Click Settings.

  5. Click Notification Settings and expand the options.
  6. Click Edit your email address.
  7. Click the Pencil next to the Option you want to change.
  8. Change all information relevant to your account.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Repeat these steps with each option you want to change.
  11. When finished close the web page.
