    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
This problem occurred on the following conditions.

1.The active SDEP CIs wrap around the end of the area.
2.The SDEP segment, which is pointed by SPCF pointer in root
segment of the problem, has been deleted logically by DEDB
Delete Utility and the RBA of it is between SDEP start RBA
       and LE.

Problem conclusion

  • The target database is above conditions, the pointer errors
    causes by RELOAD with SDEPRELOCATE=YES.
This problem is caused because the RELOAD process do not
consider the cycle counter of SPCF pointer.

The module FABC3SDX is modified to clear SPCF pointer, when
SDEP pointer is smaller than LB pointer in consideration of
    cycle count.
