  • DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB2ZZTR ( SYSTEM Parameters -
Tracing and Data Installation ) truncates the value from
ZPARM for ' Start SMF accounting ' SMFACCT .  It displays only
8 characters.

the max possible value:
SMFSTAT, SMFACCT, AUDITST, TRACSTR, MON

The length of following fields is restored back to 8:
SYSADM, SYSADM2, SYSOPR1, SYSOPR2, RLFAUTH, DEFLTID, RGFCOLID
.*
The length of following fields is restored back to 17:
RGFNMPRT, RGFNMORT
