Problem
When trying to import a custom certificate, it fails with an error.
Symptom
CAM-CRP-1205 Not decode certificate from file 'C:/certs/certs/asterisco.fileni.it.cer'. Reason: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Fail to parse input stream
