Troubleshooting
Problem
Certain users are receiving the following errors when running a report.
Symptom
RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the 'asynchRun_Request' command.
RSV-BBP-0043 Could not execute object '/content/folder[@name='folder name1']/folder[@name='folder name2']/reportView[@name='report name']' of type 'RSAOMAccount' because a pluggable authored report generator library for this type does not exist or could not be loaded.
RSV-BBP-0046 Operation RSAuthoredReportGeneratorIFactory::create failed and returned the following information:
