Problem
Testing an Oracle data source defined within IBM Cognos Server Administration results in an error for the Dynamic Query Mode(DQM) connection using TNS Names Alias Connection throws error below -
XQE-GEN-0002 An unexpected exception occurred: ocijdbcN Not found in java.library.path
Where N is the Oracle client release e.g. 11, 12, 18, 19, etc.
While testing for CQM is successful.
Symptom
JDBC/OCI connection failed with error: XQE-GEN-0002 An unexpected exception occurred: ocijdbc11 Not found in java.library.path.
