Why does IBM DataStage Stored Procedure Stage fail with error message "[ODBC driver]Value has not been specified for parameter <column number>"?.
For example, following error message is displayed for SQL Server database:
[ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]Value has not been specified for parameter 3.
