Troubleshooting
Problem
Products that are listed below are not actively developed, are out of support, were sold and/or rebranded after client made a purchase and never had SWID tags. The SWID tags will not be added to these products in the future.
Symptom
License Metric Tool does not discover a product that is listed below.
Resolving The Problem
To manually add the SWID tag for the listed components, complete the following actions:
1. Find the SWID tag corresponding to the components of your product.
2. Download the .zip package.
3. Unpack the .zip package and place it on a file system in the path where the component that is to be discovered is installed.
