Cannot view Maximo attached file with non-English character in filename

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attaching a file with non-English characters in file name, the file is uploaded correctly and successfully. But viewing the file is not possible. German umlauts and Russian characters are examples of the characters causing the problem.
