SFG routing fails when same producer is used in two separate dynamic routing channel templates

Troubleshooting


Problem

A single SFG producer appears in two different routing channels that each uses a different dynamic routing channel template, but the regular expressions in both routing channel templates is the same. When files with a file name format that matches the regular expressions for the routing channel templates are routed, they fail processing with errors.

Symptom

Files uploaded to a producer mailbox that match the regular expressions in both routing channel templates fail with one of the following sets of errors:

Set 1:
In the Arrived File Events window:
FG_0552 ERROR: Invalid route (no routing channels) for producer payload [No value for PayloadName].
FG_0410 Arrived File is now Routing.
FG_0455 Arrive File is no failed while Routing with error message: Rout failure has occurred. 1 out of 1 route(s) failed and there were no delivery plans. See the individual routes for information on why each one failed

In the Route Events window
FG_0552 ERROR: Invalid route (no routing channels) for producer payload [No value for PayloadName].
FG_0456 Route is now failed while Started with error message: This Route was invalid.

Set 2:
In the Arrived File Events window
FG_0455 Arrived file is now failed while Determining Routes with error message: Inconsistent value discovered for fact ConsumerBroadcastGroup. Current value: , new value: ..
