Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to open any of the DataStage clients (Designer client,or Director client) , the following error is received, "An unexpected runtime error (481) occurred. Check that the product is installed correctly and there is enough free disk space."
Symptom
Unable to login to DataStage Designer or Director Client.
