How to clear your web browser cache for Cognos Analytics

Problem

It is sometimes necessary to clear your web browser cache when using Cognos Analytics. This should always be done after upgrading to newer version of the software. 

Follow the steps below to clear your web browser cache.

Symptom

If you do not clear your browser cache, you might see unexpected behaviour when using the Cognos Analytics.
