CNC-DS-0001 The following Delivery Service general error occurred: 501 Syntax

Troubleshooting


Problem

When testing the report delivery through email. No emails from Cognos are getting sent out.
The Current activities screen the job is in "waiting" state.
Looking at run history details, a "CNC-SDS-0408 There are email messages waiting to be sent" message is displayed however user is  able to successfully Test notification store and email connections.

Symptom

-Email do not get sent out
-Run history details indicate "CNC-SDS-0408 There are email messages waiting to be sent"
