Troubleshooting
Problem
On some zLinux boxes, an IBM Netcool/Impact 7.1.0 install can appear to be successful, even though a failure occurred setting up svn for policies and etc artifacts. This can happen on zLinuz RHEL 7 boxes, depending on the combination of library versions installed.
Symptom
Various symptoms are seen:
1. Saving/Editing a policy will not be possible from the UI.
2. The following error will be seen in the logs svn: E155007: '<directory>' is not a working copy
3. Fix Pack upgrades will fail.
