• Steps to reproduce:
  
  1.Enable journaling: set rule to journal all documents.
  
  2.Journal method: send to mail-in database.
  
  3.Create test mail-in database.
  
  4.Create new database from mailjrn.ntf
  
  5.Create additional rule: When "To" IS Joe User/Domain - Don't
  deliver
  message - Send NDR - In Full.
  
  6. Send a message to Joe User.
  
  
  
  -Mail ends up as dead in mail.box with the following...
