Error description

  • This user seldom closes her Notes client. One time, she ran the
    Notes client
    since Mar 15 and closed the client on Mar 22. On the next day
    morning, she
    double clicked the desktop shortcut to launch the Notes client.
    However,
    nothing appeared. She found nlnotes.exe, ntaskldr.exe and
    notes2.exe were
    running in the Windows Task Manager but Notes client didn't show
    up. Then, she
    ran nsd to collect data and nsd -kill to close all Notes related
    processes.
    Afterwards, Notes client can be launched successfully.
