Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issue:
  1. A SELECT COUNT * FROM ADABAS_DVS_TRADE or SELECT
     COUNT(record_id) FROM ADABAS_DVS_TRADE incorrectly returns
     zero.
  2. Provide support for internal ADABAS security.
  3. Provide support for calling a write exit before writing a
     record to a sequential file.
  4. An S0C4 abend occurs (SYSTEM ABEND X'0C4' AT
     OPDAIO31/CQDLGUX) when accessing the SYSLOG.
  5. An ADABAS SQL with MR fails with error 'PERCOLATED SYSTEM
     ABEND X'283'
  6. Map updates to INTERNALMAPREDUCETHREAD &
     INTERNALPIOCOMMUNICATIONTHREAD.
