Error description

When logging into AdmiAgent console (node or AdminAgent)
SystemOut.logs shows:
IPluginRegist E com.ibm.wsspi.IPluginRegistryFactory
getPluginRegistry error getting registry
This error is generated when accessing a node from
adminagent console. This error does not cause any failure or
problems in the administrative console.

Local fix

Problem summary

****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED:  All users of IBM WebSphere Application      *
*                  Server using the administrative console to  *
*                  manage in an admin agent environment.       *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When logging into the admin agent and   *
*                      then a node, an error is written to     *
*                      the SystemOut.log file.                 *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:  Ignore the error.  It doesn't cause any     *
*                  issue with the the admin agent.             *
****************************************************************
The administrative console assumed that only one regsitry is
needed per user/console session.  One is needed for each
user/node/console session.

Problem conclusion

The administrative console code was modified such that an
error is not thrown unless the plugin registry is not
available when accessing the same node a second time.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
