  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Product did not discover the SMF ID for unique DB2 subsystems
  during switching.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  When using Navigation fields (SMF ID and DB2 ID) to switch
  DB2 subsystems.
  1. Allow only the DB2 ID to be entered if it is unique in
     the enterprise and discover the correct SMF ID.
  2. If only the DB2 ID is entered and there is more than one
     DB2 subsystem by that name, allow selection on a screen
     from a list of SMF IDs.
  3. If both SMF ID and DB2 ID are entered correctly switch to
     the requested DB2 subsystem without the selection screen
     even if the subsystem name is not unique in the subsystem.
