Error description
Prompt Reports upgraded to Cognos 11 from older versions using the deployment method - the prompt values are not preselected when rerunning the report as it used to be in Cognos 10.
Local fix
Open report in "Edit in authoring" > go to navigator on left pane (looks like a compass) > click on Report object in the page explorer > go to properties button (Top right corner button) > change the "Run with full interactivity" option to Yes. Now try running it. Now rerun it and the prompt values are preselected.
