Error description

• FPA ANALYZE adds a new option to process SDEP segments. When
  this option is specified with PTRCHKLVL=QUICK, FPA ANALYZE
  checks all SDEP segments, not just valid SDEP segments but
  logically deleted SDEP segments as well.
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirements 36506.

  FPA Analyze function could specify SDEPCHKLVL=FULL only when
  PTRCHKLVL=FULL is specified.
  By this enhancement, FPA Analyze can specify SDEPCHKLVL=FULL
  even when PTRCHKLVL=QUICK is specified.
  It enables cross-reference validation of SDEP segments faster
  than PTRCHKLVL=FULL and SDEPCHKLVL=FULL.
  It also enables that FPA Analyze with quick check validates all
  SDEP segments, not only just valid SDEP segments but also
  logically deleted SDEP segments.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirements 36506.
  
  This APAR also removes '0' in the header of Segment Length
  Distribution report and DB Record Length Distribution report.
