SYSTSPRT DD must be added to server JCL if PI79321 is deployed

Abstract

Use of the application download from the DWC added by PI79321 requires a change to the SERVER
task JCL.

If the PTFs for PI79321 are installed (DEVOPS SCENARIOS SUPPORT or SPE9307) an attempt to to download an application from the DWC can fail if the IWSz SERVER JCL for the server connected to the DWC does not contain the following DD statement::

//SYSTSPRT DD SYSOUT=*

Note that the PTF for PI79321 contains a DEPENDENCY ( DEP ) hold:

DEPENDENCY:
To use the functions supplied with this APAR by using the
DWC, you are required to install the DWC 9.4 Fix Pack 1.

So the PTFs should NOT be installed unless DWC 9.4 Fix pack 1 is in place.

The sample SERVER JCL (SEQQSAMP member EQQSER ) will be modified to include the
SYSTSPRT DD card but if the PTFs have already been installed, the SERVER JCL should be
modified BEFORE making any attempt to download an application from the DWC.
