PI61660: CONSTANT VALUE STATEMENTS NOT PROCESSED CORRECTLY

Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  .
  1. A load that specifies CONSTANT VALUE does not work correctly
   unless the data type is specified.  For example, the following
   statement works correctly:
    COL1 POSITION (*)  DATE EXTERNAL CONSTANT VALUE = '2010-01-01'
   but the following statement does not work correctly:
    COL1 POSITION (*) CONSTANT VALUE = '2010-01-01' .
  .
  2. A CONSTANT VALUE that is enclosed in quotes may not be
   processed correctly by a Load.
  .
  3. Message: ' ABPP9943E  Keyword  is incompatible with keyword '
   may be incorrectly issued when the BACKOUT keyword was not
   specified.
  .
  4. A SHRLEVEL REFERENCE Load may ignore the 'WITH DEFAULT' value
   of a column.  This can result in default values not be
   populated for the column if values are not provided by the
   load.
  .
  5. Currently when performing a SHRLEVEL Reference Load, the
   tablespace is placed in Read-Only (RO) mode when RESUME YES is
   specified. The mode of the tablepace is not changed during the
   load if RESUME NO/REPLACE is specified. This APAR will change
   the behavior to always place the tablespace in RO mode
   regardless of the RESUME/REPLACE options.
