Watson Chat FAQ
Answer
How do I access Watson Chat?
From the main BrassRing or Onboard Support Portal product pages you can click on Chat, contact and feedback tab > click Ask the IBM Support Agent Tool

What type of questions can I ask Watson Chat?
Watson Chat will help you find information you are looking for on the Support Portal. For example, for BrassRing you can ask "Can you edit the Triggering Event once the RAM is created?" and for Onboard you can ask "What is location management?" Watson Chat will then direct you to a page that will help answer your question.

Watson Chat is asking me to select 'how to' or 'documentation', but there are no buttons. How can I get more information on the topic?
Watson Chat may say things such as "With regards to {topic}, I have information about how to and documentation. Please select one of those categories.". This is Watson trying to narrow down the results prior to providing you a link. In this scenario, you can type "how to" if you're looking for a how to guide on the topic, or "documentation" if you're just looking for documentation around the topic.

How does Watson Chat learn what answers it gives are right or wrong?
Watson Chat needs to learn, just like you and I! By telling Watson if it's answer was helpful or not, you are teaching Watson. This feature is not mandatory but we recommend you use it so Watson can continue to improve!

Where else can I find Watson Chat?
At this time, Watson Chat is only available for BrassRing and Onboard through our Support Portal product pages. Plans are being worked on to get Watson Chat added to the BrassRing and Onboard products in the future, we will inform you once this is available.
