APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a two instruction window where the Monitoring Agent is
  being removed and the SQL statement is closing a section. The
  probability of hitting the window is very low.  However, if the
  instruction path hits this window when the Monitoring Agent
  de-install is in progress then a S0C4 can occur.
  
  This APAR eliminates the window.
