Troubleshooting
Problem
As part of i2 Analyze, after creating a custom icon and placing it in the C:\IBM\i2analyze\deploy\wlp\usr\servers\i2analyze\apps\core.war\Icons folder, upon re-running "setup -t deploy" the new icon will be removed.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue:
Copy the custom icon(s) to the C:\IBM\i2analyze\toolkit\application\targets\core\Icons folder, and when the deploy runs, it copies over the contents of that folder to the C:\IBM\i2analyze\deploy\wlp\usr\servers\i2analyze\apps\core.war\Icons.
