PI59438: COPYING STEPS TO CLIPBOARD FAILS WHEN SOME CHARACTERS ARE PRESENT IN STEP NAME/FIELDS

Error description

• In a component process or global process, create a step and name
  it for
  instance "Lösche". Try to copy it to the clipboard. Copy to
  clipboard
  fails with message:
  "An error occurred while trying to copy the activity Lösche."
  
  On the server side there is the following exception:
  
  Fatal Error] :1:176: Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence.

Local fix

• Don't use diacritics in step configs, or temporarily remove
  characters with diacritics before copying, and replace them
  after pasting.
