Problem
When you patch or upgrade from 7.2.8 to 7.3.0 sometimes the System Health icon disappears
Diagnosing The Problem
After the patch or upgrade go to
- Log in to the Console UI
- Click Admin tab.
The System Health Icon is missing.
Resolving The Problem
To Resolve this issue.
Note: The QRadar User Interface and other functions will be unavailable until tomcat fully restarts.
- Using SSH log into the Console.
- Run this command.
/opt/qradar/masterconsole/bin/addHealthIcon.sh
- Restart the Tomcat Service.
- In QRadar 7.2.x, use the command.
service tomcat restart
- In Qradar 7.3.x, use the command.
systemctl restart tomcat
Results: You can now see the System Health Icon.
