Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing Cognos 11.0.6 on Windows Server 2012 the old studios are not showing up in the Cognos environment. Changed the Configuration.LegacyLaunchable=1 in the installdata.properties file and still its not showing up.
Symptom
Absence of "Other" Launch menu which normally invokes the legacy studio list from Cognos Connection->New
