Will the Intelligent Operations Center for Emergency Management (IOCEM) Windows client run on a Microsoft Windows virtual machine image?
Answer
The IOCEM Windows client will not run on a Windows virtual machine image due to the OpenGL v4.5 requirements of the software. The client will not run in a virtual machine nor over a Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) connection.
