Error description

• When using the XML Schema importer a ComplexType (element with
  attributes) is a simple XML String.
  
  This issue occurs when an element is using the "ref=" command in
  the XML Schema.

Problem conclusion

• When using the Xerces schema importer, prevent an element that
  has no data component, but has attributes from incorrectly
  becoming a single type item. Occurs when element using the
  "ref=" command in the schema. Problem was that importer was
  checking for attributes on that element. Corrected logic to
  follow the "ref" (refer) chain until it resolves itself before
  checking for attributes.
