APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • HPSR3999E (CC=002) can occur when HP Load processes an OSAM
database with DBALLABOVE in the DFSVSAMP DD and meets at least
one of the following conditions:
- The WFPHLQ statement is specified and the WFPSPACE statement
  is not specified.
- The WF1HLQ statement is specified and the WF1SPACE statement
  is not specified.
- An HDAM or a HIDAM is reloaded with DBRC=YES.
- SORTHIDAM=YES is specified and the RECNUM statement is not
  specified.

Local fix

  • A workaround is to remove DBALLABOVE from the DFSVSAMP.

- HALDB OSAM is processed.
- DBALLABOVE is specified in the DFSVSAMP DD.
- The WFPHLQ statement is specified and the WFPSPACE statement
  is not specified.
