Troubleshooting
Problem
After Cognos Analytics 11 had been installed with legacy functionality e.g. Cognos Administration, Query Studio, Event Studio etc., the pages rendered without problems. After content had been exported from a Cognos version 10 system and imported into Cognos Analytics, the legacy pages no longer rendered correctly, for example, missing icons, Times New Roman font etc.
