  The two following commands are missing:
  rpp --rebuildGeneratedLinks --location TEST
  rpp --synchronizeAllSourceCode --location TEST
  

Local fix

• Create a command file with those 2 lines
  --rebuildGeneratedLinks --location TEST
  --synchronizeAllSourceCode --location TEST
  Then run those commands using the
  rpp.bat --commands
  after each MIBJ process
