PI56839: KO2Z956I - OMPE COLLECTOR SUBSYSTEM FAILS TO SHUTDOWN DURING ABNORMAL OMPE COLLECTOR TERMINATION

Error description

• KO2Z956I - OMPE Collector Subsystem fails to shutdown during
  abnormal OMPE Collector termination
  Also, ABEND0C4 in OMPESSI validating a control block
  can occur while processing an SSI call (eg. WTO, EOT).
  A RETRY is done for the ABEND, but the ABEND/RETRY
  sequence can show up as increased CPU time, especially
  when the job issues many WTOs.
  
  When the OMPE collector ( classic ) address space is started,
  the task that is running PGM = KO2ZTOPB , it starts a
  collector subsystem that gathers console messages. It is this
  collector subsystem that is not shutting down when the OMPE
  collector ( classic ) task is shut down.
