  1. DSNWDFDS was using incorrect trace header length.
  
  2. DSNWDFDI was not obtaining LCAL control block correctly
  
  3. DSNWIPCS has an error in 64 bit dump access
  
  4. DSNWDFRS was not checking SQLCODE
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. DSNWDFDS was changed to correctly load the global trace
     table using the correct header size.
  
     IP VERBX DSNWDMP 'TT' will display global trace
     if global trace was started.
  
  2. DSNWDFDI was changed to correctly obtain LCAL control
     block to prevent ABEND0C4
  
     IP VERBX DSNWDMP 'DISYS=X' will display DDF system
     information
  
  3. DSNWIPCS was changed to solve bug in 64bit dump access
  
  4. DSNWDFRS was changed to format negative SQLCODE correctly
  
    IP VERBX DSNWDMP 'RS=x'
