PI55711: DBD/PSB/ACB REVERSAL DECODES ACB WITH INVALID VERSION WHEN ACB IS GENERATED BY IMS 2.2 OR EARLIER DBD

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal processes ACB which is generated
  by IMS 2.2 or earlier DBD, the utility outputs invalid VERSION
  in the decoded source code.
  Such ACB does not include valid VERSION in it. So the
  DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal should not decode the invalid value.

  This APAR fixes the DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal not to decode VERSION=
  statement in the decoded source when the utility processes ACB
  which was generated with old DBD such as IMS version 2.2 or
  earlier DBD.
  Some of ACBs which were generated with old DBDs such as IMS
  version 2.2 or earlier DBD include invalid VERSION value. When
  the utility processes these members, the decoded VERSION=
  statement also shows invalid value.
  So the DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal fixes not to decode VERSION=
  statement for ACBs generated with old DBD such as IMS version
  2.2 or earlier DBD as same as the utility do for DBDs
  generated by IMS version 2.2 or earlier.
