Troubleshooting
Problem
Senario 1:
Cognos Analytics Distributed install with 2 content Managers(one active and one standby). Everything was working till you configured Authentication provider on your Content Manager machines. After you configured that most of your users stopped getting the manage option visible on the welcome screen.
Senario 2:
Capabilities or Features have been changed.
Symptom

The 4th Icon is the Manage ICON, which is not visible in the above screen. Below is the clip with all icons including Manage(the last one).
